He worked with me through the steps, answering every question (In which I had a question for nearly every step of the process). No portion of the home-buying experience will be of ease, and not every real-estate will catch your eye. When one caught mine, and when I passed the word, Calvin didn't even let his heartbeat before throwing himself into negotiations. Weeks pass, inspections made and one lovely day I was practicing how office workers practice torturing themselves day in, day out on a daily basis, by meeting up with all members of the negotiation party signing paperwork.
